Consultation

Together, we outline what success looks like for you. What are your goals, timelines, and other considerations?

Evaluation

I’ll evaluate the listing price and give you my best opinion of value. I’ll also inform you of any recommended improvements that can maximize sale price.

Listing

I’ll list the property across all major online and offline channels. The property will look perfect with excellent staging and marketing

Closing

After we’ve secured a buyer at the right price, I’ll work with escrow, the lender, and the buyer to ensure we close on time
